Empowering Individuals as a Disability and Community Support Worker
As a Disability and Community Support Worker at Your Care, you will be instrumental in empowering people living with disabilities, both in their homes and in the wider community.
In this role, your tasks will not be limited to merely providing support.
You'll also be a motivator, a prompt, and a source of encouragement for the participants of the NDIS. You'll assist with self-care routines, foster community participation, and contribute to skill development tasks, enabling individuals to live fulfilling, independent lives.

Essential Qualifications
All applicants must hold the following level of minimum qualifications:
- Minimum Cert III in Individual Support, Cert IV in Disability Support / Mental Health, or currently in 2nd year University study in either Nursing or Allied Health
- Level II First Aid Certificate and CPR – maintained annually
Mandatory Requirements

- Working with Children’s Check – Paid Work
- Immunisation record – must have full COVID-19 vaccination and booster status
- Australian Drivers Licence
- Roadworthy vehicle
